Azuro Energy’s manufacturer’s Quality Control personnel work closely with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Service to help provide quality at all levels of a project. The manufacturer’s Quality Control Manual describes the methods and systems to be employed during the fabrication of:

  • Pressure vessels
  • Pressure piping (Canadian Operations Only)
  • Miniature vessels and registered category "H" pressure fittings.

It also details welders/welding operation performance qualifications.
 
Exceeding Industry Standards
 
To meet the requirements of North American customers, the manufacturer is accredited by PP (Canadian Operations Only), NB and ASME. We hold current "U" and "R" stamp Certificated of Authorization for the manufacture of pressure vessels and power piping. The manufacturer also holds a current Certificate of Authorization from ABSA for the manufacture, repair and alteration of pressure vessels, fittings and pressure piping.
 
Material Matters
 
The fabrication process uses standard carbon steel materials, low-temperature carbon steels and all grades of stainless steels. The processes used in manufacturing shops include GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW and SMAW. All components and module packages are assembled and tested prior to shipment.
 
Compressors packages can be built to international industry codes and standards, including:
