Reciprocating Compression
Azuro Energy provides compression packages ranging from 40 BHP to 6,000+ BHP for a variety of operating conditions. Units are available in both sweet and sour design for purchase, rental or lease.
The following added-value features on its reciprocating packages are offered:

  • Innovative equipment layout placing the compressor and scrubber next to the cooler resulting in shorter process piping and reduced inherent vibration.
  • Spacer plates on all cylinder suction and discharge nozzles, allowing for simple installation of orifice plates to minimize acoustical pulsation induced vibration.
  • Cooler fan belt driven by compressor crankshaft, allowing for increased maintenance access to the engine.
  • Availability of full process automation for speed suction and bypass control.
Integral Gas Engine Compressors
 
Our 200 to 800 horsepower compressors can utilize the AJAX® Integral Gas Engine Compressor 2-stroke design, which can deliver 98%+ availability with minimal maintenance.
When reliability and efficiency can't be compromised, utilize the Ajax integral engine-compressor. The Ajax integral engine compressor unit typically requires minimal changes per year and burns up to 3% sour fuel gas, eliminating the problems typically caused by H2S presence.

The Ajax integral engine-compressor has the following standard features

  • Integral engine-compressor design for higher efficiency - 30 to 800 hp
  • Slower operating speed reduces heat and friction on moving parts, reducing frequency of maintenance and parts.
  • Two-cycle engine configuration for maximum reliability and simplified maintenance.
 
Azuro Energy offers the following added-value features on the Ajax compression package:

  • Availability of full process automation for speed suction and bypass control.
  • Spacer plates on all cylinder suction and discharge nozzles, allowing for simple installation of orifice plates to minimize acoustical pulsation induced vibration.
  • The Ajax integral engine-compressor as packaged by our manufacturer offers ease of portability, as unit is easily disassembled and re-assembled in the field.
  • Murphy switch gauge panels allow for easy operating.
