Copeland Scroll™ Compression

Azuro Energy offers the Copeland Scroll^TM modular compressor package for low-horsepower applications under 100 BHP. We currently offer 30 BHP and 60 BHP packages with the option to add a generator set.

Scroll compressors are an excellent solution for casing gas and vapor recovery applications. They also offer lower noise and emission levels, making Scroll an environmentally friendly option.

The Scroll Compression packages offers:

• Hermetically sealed, electric driven compressors requiring minimal annual maintenance, making them ideal for remote sites. There are no compressor parts to wear out.
• Programmable, logic-controlled VFD Control for capacity management automatically adjusts to various operating conditions.
• Indirect oil and process gas cooling, resulting in a single loop glycol after cooler to eliminate process gas freeze-up.
• Noise levels similar to commercial air conditioning units allow for installation in noise sensitive environments.
• 100% bypass capability - the compressor can operate continuously without shutting down even with blocked compressor discharge or loss of pressure
• Low emissions - hermetically sealed compressor eliminates oxygen, oil and gas leak paths.
